Paris: the twist-o-flex (popping)

In this 12 minute class, Paris teaches you how to do a classic popping move: the twist-o-flex. This is a dance move where the dancer smoothly rotates or twists different parts of their body (such as the torso, arms and neck) in a fluid motion. It creates the illusion of flexibility and control, enhancing the robotic style of popping.
