Jel: the elbow freeze (breaking class)
The elbow freeze is a variation of the handstand, where you lean on your forearm to find your balance. In this class, Jel will explain how to throw your legs up in the air and to find a steady balance point using your forearms, hand palms and fingertips.
Together we will go to repetition exercises and you will do your very first elbow freeze!
